By letting his rum rest in 500-liter barrels for two years, he not only improved its taste quality but also gave it a gorgeous amber hue. The nose of JBally Paille offers a remarkable intensity, evolving towards honeyed and gingerbread notes, enriched with sweet fruity touches of pineapple, banana, papaya, and melon. Vanilla and dry wood intertwine to complete this bouquet. On the palate, it is round and vivacious, perfectly balancing the fruity and spicy aromas with a freshness and vivacity worthy of the most refined rums.
