Controlled ageing

Aged in the cellars of Sainte-Marie, Martinique, this A.O.C. certified rum benefits from a refinement that gives it a beautiful structure and remarkable complexity. Its long rest in barrels allows it to express all the typicity of the island's agricultural rums.

An intense aromatic profile

Its clear mahogany colour precedes a powerful nose, marked by notes of spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, on a roasted and fruity base. On the palate, the roundness of macerated fruit intertwines with touches of mocha, cocoa and subtle woodiness, offering a perfect balance between intensity and finesse.
