This variety of sugar cane owes its name to its purplish blue reflections and has been selected for its exceptional aromatic qualities and rich sugar content. Preferably consume in pure Ti' punch at room temperature or frosted to seize the aromas.

This vintage rum is produced each year in very limited quantities.
