Bearing the AOC Martinique label, this out-of-age rum with warm colors draws its aromatic diversity from its original double aging: First aged in Bourbon barrels, which give it its powerful tannins and woody aromas, Trois Rivières 1995 vintage is then aged in Cognac barrels, which complete its complex style with fine and subtle floral and fruity notes.
