The Castelmore cuvée is the result of a meticulous selection work carried out from the best cuvées aged in oak barrels for 4 years in the northern region of Martinique (Sainte Marie).

Héritiers Madkaud

Lieutenant General de Baas-Castelmore, Gourverneur des Antilles Françaises, was the first owner of the Habitation Fond-Capot from 1674 to 1677. It is on this property that in 1865 Félicien Madkaud, a son of a slave, created Madkaud rum.
