Our tasting notes for Vintage 2000

Nose : Nez puissant de fruits murs, de tabac blond, et de bois précieux. De séduisantes nuances épicées apparaissent après aération, aux dominantes de poivre gris, de cannelle et de clou de girofle.

Palate : Bouche à la fois tonique et structurée, savamment minérale et délicieusement épicée.

Finish : Son long final aromatique est marqué par des parfums d’épices rehaussé par de subtiles touches de bois grillé et de menthe poivrée.
