Let's go back to the finishes in Port and Moscatel barrels and aging in Bourbon and Cognac casks:
Aged in Cognac barrels for a rich array of flavour through warm woody notes and ripe fruit jam.

Aged in Bourbon barrels which gives it fine mineral nuances for a tonic aromatic profile with tasty vanilla accents.

The Port barrel finish gives a beautiful sweetness on the palate that reveals delicate aromas of red fruits.
The finish in Moscatel barrels offers a tasty fruity roundness brought by the famous pear, apricot and fig notes of the Muscat.
