Made from a single rum from the year 1995, this old vintage rum is characterized by an aromatic diversity, the result of a double maturation: from its passage in bourbon barrels it has acquired an intense woodiness, notes of cocoa and roasted beans. A second maturation of the French barrel gives it fine and delicate aromas of dried grapes and apricots and sweet notes of cooked fruit.

The year 1995 offers us a great rum full of suppleness and seduction.

Located in Rivière Pilote (Martinique) since 1749, the La Mauny distillery owes its name to Count Ferdinand Poulain, Count of Mauny who landed in Martinique at the beginning of the 18th century.
