A refined blend

Made in the pure Martinique tradition, this X.O benefits from careful ageing which gives it a perfect balance between roundness and complexity. The melted tannins and subtle woodiness structure a profile dominated by fruity and spicy notes.

A greedy and balanced aromatic profile

On the nose, candied and exotic fruits mingle with aromas of vanilla, mirabelle plum and very ripe pear. Touches of cocoa milk and raisins bring a pastry nuance, while fresh wood and candied spices enrich the palette. On the palate, dried fruits such as prunes and figs are accompanied by almond, walnut and milky coconut, offering a creamy texture. The finish, sober and elegant, extends the experience with notes of pepper, wood and vanilla.

Located in Rivière Pilote (Martinique) since 1749, the La Mauny distillery owes its name to Count Ferdinand Poulain, Count of Mauny who landed in Martinique at the beginning of the 18th century.
