After more than 15 years of aging the nose offers a beautiful richness and notes of dried fruit (blond grapes, figs, dates). This dominant fruity is accompanied by notes of chocolate, mocha, giving a sweet character. On the palate, the aromas perceived on the nose blossom, enhanced by spicy notes of pepper, pink berries and light toasted notes.

Produced in one of the most prestigious and ancient distilleries in northern Martinique, Le Rhum Transat is distilled in two traditional Creole-style copper columns. Rum is only 72% distilled to preserve all the aromatic richness of sugar cane.
