This 2006 vintage, distilled and placed in a single French ex-cognac cask on August 4, 2006, reflects all the expertise of the house Trois Rivières. After aging for more than 8 years, it was bottled on May 26, 2015, preserving the authenticity and richness of its aromas. Its colour, oscillating between gold and amber, announces a tasting full of character.

A captivating aroma experience

On the nose, this rum reveals a beautiful intensity where spices, such as juniper berry, cinnamon, and pepper, combine with subtle vegetal aromas. A slight woodiness, discreet but spicy, as well as a touch of caramel, complete this bouquet. On the palate, its dry and slightly spicy profile gives way to a long finish marked by notes of wood, tobacco and enveloping vanilla, with a characteristic touch of damp wood at the end of the tasting.
