Controlled ageing for a unique depth

The result of a long maturation in oak barrels, this rum expresses all the richness of its terroir and Bally's expertise in maturation. The prolonged interaction with the wood enhances its aromas, offering a perfect balance between power and elegance.

A noble and complex aromatic profile

On the nose, the imposing woodiness is adorned with spices, aged leather and notes of orange and dried fruit. On the palate, the texture is balanced and silky, allowing candied fruit, tobacco and a slightly resinous touch to express themselves. The finish, long and spicy, prolongs the pleasure on mellow woody tannins in nuances of dried exotic fruits. A rum with character, ideal for a contemplative tasting.
