Its aromatic richness is the result of a rigorous selection of three varieties of sugar cane, full of sweetness. After a meticulous fermentation of two days, the must reveals its secrets in a Creole column distillation, reaching a purity of 72°. This precious nectar is then stirred and reduced slowly, to enhance the flavours. On the palate, it offers an intense and harmonious experience, combining freshness and complexity. A real call to discovery and tasting.
