Jacques Bally, founder of the brand, acquired this estate in 1917. Thanks to the knowledge he acquired during his studies at the École Centrale de Paris, he achieved a remarkable feat by creating his own distillation column.

Inspired by the aging techniques used in the cognac industry, Jacques Bally took a bold initiative that paid off successfully.
