Jacques Bally's legacy at the peak of its expression

Since 1917, the J.Bally house has embodied the art of aging Martinique agricultural rum. Based in Carbet, it helped establish the quality standards that led to the creation of the Martinique AOC. Its pyramid bottle, designed by Saint-Gobain, has become a recognizable symbol around the world.

A blend of 7 to 12 years of age

The J.Bally XO is a meticulous blend of agricultural rums aged between 7 and 12 years in American and European white oak barrels. The colour is coppery and deep. The nose, of great complexity, combines notes of oriental spices, bitter cocoa, candied fruit and bourbon vanilla. On the palate, the substance is round and concentrated, with a palette that ranges from salted butter caramel to cooked fruit and blond tobacco, extended by a long and warm finish. An XO of contemplation.
