Fine-grained 225-litre barrels, dried for 36 months, whose staves are made in equal parts of French and American oak, were selected. The heating profile n°105, whose characteristics are exclusive to Neisson was retained.

A first passage of a white rum, for 4 months, reduced the tannins and bitterness of the new barrels. Aging began on February 23, 2015 in 15 barrels. In October 2016, 6 barrels are directed to the account aged in wood and unloaded to a 2000 liter cask in order to market them in raw barrel under this name.
