A Martinican heritage steeped in history

Founded in 1917 by Victor Depaz, the distillery still perpetuates its know-how today, producing rums of great elegance. This cuvée highlights the volcanic terroir of Mount Pelée, bringing richness and depth to its aromas.

A refined and balanced aromatic profile

The nose reveals a subtle marriage between dried exotic fruits, nuts and a slightly waxy woody touch. With aeration, notes of roasted peach, apricot and spices intensify, supported by a floral freshness. On the palate, peppery cane intertwines with prune, orange zest and a hint of menthol, bringing fullness and vivacity. The finish, long and elegant, extends the experience on dried fruit, woody tannins and delicate spicy nuances.
