Controlled ageing and an exceptional finish

From the prestigious House Depaz, this rum is part of the "Les Finish Martinique" collection . After an initial ageing of 8 years in carefully selected small oak barrels , it acquires additional complexity thanks to its refinement in port barrels for 11 months, giving it roundness and greediness.

A rich and refined aromatic profile

Its golden colour with dazzling reflections announces a sensory palette of great finesse. The nose reveals alcoholic fruits, woody notes and scents of dried fruit. On the palate, the delicate woodiness intertwines with , a touch of vanilla and the intensity of dark chocolate. The jammy fig brings extra depth. The finish, elegant and persistent, opens with nuances of dried and candied fruit, enhanced by subtle floral touches.
