There is a very sweet attack on the palate, its fruity notes of sugar cane, citrus, lychee are subtly enhanced by spicy notes of pepper and pink peppercorns. Perfectly balanced, this magnificent bouquet of complex aromas fully blossoms and persists on a beautiful length in the mouth.

In terms of packaging, the 2017 vintage joins the now iconic and collector's range of limited editions of Clément Canne Bleue Rum. This year, the bottle is adorned with copper as a nod to the Creole column used to distill this elixir.
