Today, this rum is made in the Saint-James distillery. Very voluble, the aromatic palette of this 2000 vintage is also particularly complex and deep. Very dense, its gustatory palette highlights a spicy character whose power is matched only by the nobility. Finally, as an apotheosis, the finish marked by notes of precious wood brings it a poetic dimension of great elegance.
