A careful blend with balanced influences

This rum is the result of a careful selection aimed at capturing the perfect harmony between nuts, delicate woodiness and gourmet notes. Its refinement in bourbon barrels reinforces its structure and aromatic depth.

A rich and surprising aromatic profile

On the nose, aromas of toasted coconut, caramel and vanilla intertwine with well-roasted nuts. With aeration, mellow notes of toast and a slight floral touch appear, while oxidized nuances of nuts complete the picture. On the palate, the texture is supple and light, mixing molasses, caramel and slightly salty nuts, before a surprising touch of peppermint brings an unexpected freshness. The finish, long and original, evokes a sweet mint tea, Moroccan style.

Negrita

The rum of "La Negrita " was deposited by Paul Bardinet in Limoges in 1886. A few years later, the brand became "Negrita" in short. The image of the brand, represented by a West Indian woman is, according to Bacholet, the oldest character in French advertising.
