JBally Vintage 1970 in its box set

Discover this vintage grand cru, emblematic of Bally's know-how!

It is in the north of Martinique, in the small town of Le Carbet, that the Lajus Plantations are located, from which this 1970 vintage, much sought after by wine lovers, is made.

A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris and inspired by the traditions of Cognac ageing in Charentes, Jacques Bally founded the Bally brand in 1917.

Slight imperfection for this very well preserved bottle of more than 48 years, the pewter seal rotates and the head of the cork is dissociated from the body of the cork, fortunately the cork does its job well and is the guardian of this precious nectar. The level is a sign of excellent waterproofing. The wooden box, from the period, contains only 1 screen-printed tasting glass compared to the original two.
