Located in Gros-Morne in Martinique, the Saint-Étienne distillery has been perpetuating a know-how recognized in the world of agricultural rum since the eighteenth century. The freshly squeezed cane juice is fermented and then distilled in a Creole column, in strict compliance with the specifications of the Martinique AOC. This 40% white rum retains all the freshness and vegetal character for which the house is renowned.
