La Salle cuvées have been designed inspired by this magnificent place and the history of this former sugar factory, between foundations of stone, fire, water and sugar cane. After aging for more than six years in selected oak barrels, this Cuvée Hors d'Âge agricole with its enveloping woodiness, offers a great length in the mouth with remarkable fruitiness.

A former sugar factory founded at the end of the 17th century in Sainte-Marie, in the north-east of the island, Habitation La Salle once produced pure sugar cane juice used for the distillation of tafia.
