After aging for more than four years in selected oak barrels, this Cuvée from the blend of very old finely wooded agricultural rums enchants with its smoothness.

A former sugar factory founded at the end of the 17th century in Sainte-Marie, in the north-east of the island, Habitation La Salle once produced pure sugar cane juice used for the distillation of tafia.
