Cheval Bon Dieu is a blend of rums that have aged in wood for between 18 and 36 months in French and American oak barrels. This cuvée is the very first aged rum from the A1710distillery, the first of a great lineage that you will have the opportunity to discover over the years.

This rum is served at 48°, a perfect blend of finesse and power. Bondieu horse, Chouval Bondié for those in the know or Stick insect for the more scientific. In Martinican culture, the Bondieu Horse is a legendary and emblematic animal.

It is characterized by its lightness, finesse as well as its bark and wooden mantle.

Our tasting notes for Bondieu Horse

Nose : Le nez expressif et rond nous accueille sur des arômes fruités et de canne à sucre avant d’évoluer vers des senteurs de miel et de pain d’épices.

Palate : L'attaque est franche. Nous sommes emportés vers des saveurs de fruits comme le cassis, par des notes empyreumatiques telles que le café, et par la vanille.

Finish : La finale nous entraîne sur des notes boisées et d’épices douces.Un rhum d’âge mûr équilibré, à la fois doux et puissant, qui apporte une belle longueur en bouche.
