Aged in bourbon barrels only in tropical climates, this venerable cuvée bears the name of Grégory Vernant- Neisson's son, "Sacha", born in 2003. Bottled at its natural strength, it evokes, at times, on an aromatic level, a superb American Rye Whiskey or a Cognac with floral accents from the Petite Champagne terroir.

With these major influences, it is all the more authentic. Indeed, as the tasting progresses, it brilliantly stages notes of sugar cane that constitute the backbone on which the aromatic and gustatory palette is based. Superb.
