Nose : son premier nez est totalement primaire, marqué par de séduisants parfums de fleurs de canne et complétés par d’originales nuances minérales et iodées. Des notes de mie de pain et de levures apparaissent après aération

Palate : puissante, riche, dense et étonnamment minérale. L’océan est proche et les saveurs marines accompagnent parfaitement les notes végétales de la canne à sucre.

Finish : longue et totalement unique, évoluant entre des notes minérales et salées.
