Distilled in the estate's magnificent Savalle column, this six-year-old version is right at the crossroads between youth and maturity of expression. Indeed, revealing at times the scents and flavors of fresh cane juice (vesou) just squeezed, it shows at other times an aromatic and gustatory complexity that has nothing to envy to much older rums. However, elevating the balance to the rank that has nothing to envy to much older rums. Since its creation in 1931, the Neisson distillery has preserved in the purest Martinican tradition the components of a rum with incomparable flavors and taste. Packaged in a bottle with generous shapes, reasonable among all: "Zépol Karé" as the amateurs say, our rums are the result of a know-how constantly renewed from the cane fields to the aging cellars.
