Trois Rivières Vintage 2006

Aged in a Limousin oak barrel and bottled to its natural degree, this version of Trois Rivieres 2006 makes us savor at each stage of the tasting a vegetable plant particularly appreciated for its flower heads and for its heart: the artichoke. Full of character, it is also spicy, floral and exotic.

At the very end of the mouth, a sea air makes it gain height and gives it a lot of freshness of expression. Elaborated by the Plantation Trois Rivières, this 2006 vintage is quite original and attractive. Coming from a single barrel, it initially offers great sweetness. An astonishing sweetness follows, then a veritable cocktail of primary perfumes.

Trois Rivières

La Plantation Trois Rivières is more than 350 years of history! In 1660, Nicolas Fouquet, Louis XIV's Superintendent of Finance, won the largest concession ever granted to the West Indies: 2000 hectares located in the south of the island.
