During the harvest period between February and June, the freshly cut blue cane is crushed in order to extract its juice called "vesou". It is following its fermentation and distillation that its very particular profile is expressed. This year, the particular drought has made it possible to obtain Canne Bleue vintages with original profiles that have made it possible to assemble two exceptional vats that make this vintage an unmissable year.

The 2020 vintage has fruity (fresh sugar cane, citrus) and floral (orange blossom) notes, enhanced by spicy notes (pepper, cinnamon, anise) as well as vegetal notes (herbal tea, green tobacco).
