Aged in bourbon barrels, this rum gives aromas of fresh cane, vegetal notes balanced on green apple, white pepper and bourbon vanilla. The wood is not marked and develops its aromas in subtlety. We are in the presence of a rum pure Martinican cane juice, rich and elegant, aged on site, but also in Europe, bottled by Rom de Luxe.
