A rare edition with exceptional know-how

Distilled in the famous Savalle column of the Neisson distillery, this rum is made from a blend of four 225-litre barrels, of which only 900 bottles have been put on the market. Its careful ageing and precise aromatic profile make it an exceptional cuvée for lovers of fine rums.

A fresh and evolving flavour profile

On the nose, notes of cane sugar and vanilla are evident, accompanied by a lively touch of lime. With aeration, the rum gains in complexity with floral, spicy aromas and a minty freshness. On the palate, the herbaceous attack is reminiscent of gentian before giving way to citrus fruits and a sweet alliance of cane sugar and vanilla. The long and persistent finish is distinguished by a refined exotic woodiness.

Since its creation in 1931, the Neisson distillery has preserved in the purest Martinican tradition the components of a rum with incomparable flavors and taste. Packaged in a bottle with generous shapes, reasonable among all: "Zépol Karé" as the amateurs say, our rums are the result of a know-how constantly renewed from the cane fields to the aging cellars.
