In the 40s on the heights of "Roches Carrées" in the town of Lamentin in Martinique, a small distillery embarked on the production of rum in an artisanal way. Today, this agricultural rum enjoys great recognition on its native island and continues to be distilled by artisans who bring to this sugar cane nectar all their ancestral know-how.
