Rom De Luxe Le Galion Martinique
This white rum at 59.1% was distilled at the Simon distillery. It is the result of a long fermentation and is distilled in a column still. It is a rare example of molasses rum production on the Martinican territory. It is worth noting that this Le Galion has a unique geographical indication for its own brand.
