Located in Rivière-Pilote, Martinique, Maison La Mauny has been perpetuating the art of agricultural rum for generations. This arrangé is part of this tradition by combining a powerful AOC rum (50°) with the aromatic richness of cocoa beans, macerated for several weeks for an optimal infusion.
A balance between intensity and greed
After maceration, the beans are removed and the rum undergoes a gradual reduction before being filtered and bottled. This process ensures a creamy texture and a perfect balance between strength and softness.
Tasting notes
Its cocoa-hued colour announces an intense and generous nose, carried by greedy scents of cocoa beans. On the palate, the texture is full and velvety, sublimated by a long and tasty finish, where the delicacy of cocoa is fully expressed.

Located in Rivière Pilote (Martinique) since 1749, the La Mauny distillery owes its name to Count Ferdinand Poulain, Count of Mauny who landed in Martinique at the beginning of the 18th century.
