These barrels, cut into real jewel cases, have allowed this vigorous rum to age for more than 10 years and to ennoble it. Each barrel, selected for the quality of its roasting, develops a particular aromatic expression that can never be reproduced identically from one barrel to another, from the "Château Long" roast, gradual in intensity, to the "Tradition long" roast, constant and moderate, or the "medium plus" roast, complex in aromas.

Nose : This golden-colored rum offers an elegant yet powerful nose, blending fresh peaches and apricots. After aeration, it evolves into intoxicating notes of dried fruits such as figs and prunes, punctuated by sweet spices, honey, licorice and chocolate.

Palate : Invigorating, deep, slightly silky sensation in the mouth.

Finish : A nice balance between tannins, tangy freshness and the greediness of the fruit.
