The vanilla cane we have selected is grown and cut by hand on our cane fields, right next to the distillery, on the plot "La Pointe". The juice recovered from the pressed sugar cane was then fermented for 24 hours and then distilled on site at the Alambic. After a slow reduction for 8 months the juice was bottled and the labels painstakingly glued one by one by hand.

L'habitation beauséjour is a distillery founded in 1671. Today, Arthur de Lucy de Fossarieu, heir to HBS rums, is reviving this house located in the north of the island of Martinique.
