Braud & Quennesson Signature of the Cellar 49%
The Chai's Braud & Quennesson Signature is much more than a rum: it's an invitation to a sensory journey. Coming from the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, this Martinican treasure has matured for 12 months in barrels of less than 650 liters, subtly marrying second-hand American oak, new and second-hand French oak (ex-cognac).
The white rum , upstream, was blended with the aim of developing TNAs during its ageing. This is the successful choice made by Stéphanie Dufour, cellar master of the B&Q house. In this blend high in esters, the distillate increased during these 12 months of ageing from 360 to 425 g per hectolitre of pure alcohol of aromatic particles, therefore non-alcoholic.
Its specific toasting process reveals complex aromas and an unrivalled richness of taste. With each sip, discover woody, spicy notes and a sweetness that caresses the palate. The Signature du Chai is a promise of unforgettable moments, a pleasure to offer and share.
