Penny Blue is the 4th opus of the Single Estate XO rum of Mauritius. Its name refers to the rarest stamp in the world. Born from a blend of the finest eaux-de-vie from the Medina distillery, it has aged in barrels that have contained bourbon and other types of whisky.
