A refined blend with Mauritian influences

Created by Christophe Aulner and Bruno le Merle, this rum draws its identity from the colonial heritage of Mauritius. The combination of agricultural rums and molasses gives rise to a unique profile, balanced between sweetness and intensity, sublimated by a refinement in Sherry casks.

A rich and harmonious aromatic profile

On the nose, intense fragrances of red fruits intertwine with woody and floral notes. On the palate, the candied flavours are accompanied by subtle spices and a touch of coffee. The long and seductive finish prolongs the charm of candied fruit and the elegance of sherry.

This brand new rum brand was born from the imagination of two enthusiasts, Christophe Aulner, recently installed in Mauritius, and Bruno Le Merle, a local entrepreneur. Their idea? Offer rums assembled with eaux-de vie distilled from pure cane juice and molasses. And there is a certain logic to this project seeing the light of day in Mauritius. The island was first under French (1714-1810) and then English (1810-1968) before gaining independence (1968).
