Produced by one of Nicaragua's largest distilleries, this rum is made from molasses and distilled in columns, a process that showcases its purity. Aged mostly in ex-bourbon barrels in a continental climate, it's rare to find rums this old from this region. This long ageing has made it possible to develop complex flavours while maintaining a surprising freshness.

A sophisticated flavour profile

The nose reveals aromas of black pepper, warm spices and nutmeg. On the palate, Wild Series Rum No 37 offers a perfect balance of dark chocolate, vanilla, toasted nuts and tobacco, with nuances of burnt oak and spice. An intense and memorable finish for lovers of rare and refined rums.
