This rum was aged for 16 months in barrels that first hosted a rum of the brand, then used for coffee fermentation by a French roaster. This unusual path enriches the aromatic profile of the spirit, combining intensity and elegance.

Compagnie des Indes rums are made with care and elegance. The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France.
