Produced in the renowned distilleries of Nicaragua, probably the "Volcano" distillery operated by Compania Licorera de Nicaragua, this 2001 vintage rum has benefited from Plantation's famous double maturation. This method, combining on-site aging and refining in France, gives the rum remarkable depth and complexity. With an alcohol content of 42%, this rum is distinguished by its sweet and aromatic character.
