Mombacho X.O Single Cask is made from molasses and aged for at least 21 years, a process that gives it great complexity. As each bottling comes from a single barrel (n°37), it expresses its own identity, reflecting all the subtlety of prolonged aging.

Its nose reveals a harmonious balance between melting caramel, suave vanilla and ripe apricot. On the palate, these aromas intertwine elegantly, offering a round texture and a long, delicate finish, marked by the sweetness and depth of barrel aging.
