The 12-year-old Mombacho represents a qualitative leap in the range of this artisanal distillery. Twelve years of maturation in bourbon and sherry barrels in the cellars of the Granada hacienda give the rum a notable complexity and depth. The limited production ensures special attention to each batch.

Artisanal complexity

The nose is rich and engaging: bourbon vanilla, chocolate, candied fruit, toasted wood and spices. The palate is round and structured, with flavours of butterscotch, nuts, prunes, coffee and sweet tobacco. The finish is long and harmonious. A beautifully crafted artisanal rum that offers excellent value for quality and complexity and is best enjoyed neat, at room temperature.
