After 21 years of aging in bourbon barrels, this rum receives a final refinement in Oloroso Sherry casks which brings an additional dimension of roundness and complexity. This double maturation, tropical and then in sherry barrels, produces a result of remarkable sophistication.

The nose is bewitching: raisins, dark chocolate, sandalwood, leather, vanilla and oriental spices. The palate is extraordinarily creamy , with flavours of candied black fruit, sherry caramel, pecans, tan tobacco and coffee. The finish is endless and sumptuous.
