After distillation and blending, it aged very slowly in oak barrels for seventeen years. It finishes its maturation in our cellars in red cognac barrels.

The hamlet of Moisans consists of a narrow and winding alley crossing the locality. To the left and right of this alley are the cellars, the distillery with twelve boilers, the offices and, finally, the Maison de Maître, carefully designed to receive visitors and cognac lovers.
