An intense and gourmet aromatic profile

On the nose, this rum reveals a balance between roasted notes and toasted nuts, with accents of charcoal and coffee grounds. After aeration, it gains in elegance, giving way to a more mellow and spicy bouquet. On the palate, roundness dominates with flavours of coffee, toasted wood and molasses, while the finish softens with caramelised nuts. A refined rum, ideal for pure tasting.
