Nicaragua. The land in between. So sweet in spite of itself, and in spite of a history in which wealth and poverty, dictatorship and democracy, inhuman situations and collectivist impulses collide. A land that is reflected in its ability to be reborn as it is reflected in the great lake that nature has placed at its center, and capable of synthesizing its first fruits such as hope and joy of living. Immediately opulent on the nose, notes of Peking duck, soufflé and even moments of barely popped popcorn. Subsequently, a little tested by the character of this eau-de-vie that had so compressed them before the encounter with the glass, balsamic tones of fruit appear fully evolved and capable of waking up from their initial torpor. On the palate it is a real ballet of sensations and tones with a most pleasant rhythm of alcohol, bursts of balsamic and chlorophyll at a more mature stage of development. Then the white chocolate, the hairspray and the ground coffee.
